Common questions.

You pay a fixed monthly amount that covers design, development, hosting, and ongoing work. The fee depends on what you need; we agree it before we start and it doesn’t change unless you ask it to.

Most marketing sites are live within a few weeks. Bigger builds — custom platforms, full e-commerce — take longer. Either way, you don’t start paying until the site is live and you’ve signed it off — the monthly fee runs from launch, not from the kick-off call.

You can cancel any time, no exit fee. The subscription stops and the site comes down. If I happen to be holding the domain on your behalf, I’ll transfer it across so the address stays yours.

Often, yes. Many clients come with an existing identity, in-house designer, or someone else who handles their copy. I’m happy to slot into a defined role rather than start from scratch.

That’s the whole point of the model. Most changes are part of the monthly fee. A wholesale redesign or a new product launch might shift the scope (and the fee), but we’d agree that before starting.
