About

You did the hard part
the website's on me.

Scarfi Media exists because I kept watching good businesses pay too much for websites that didn’t quite do them justice. Slow discovery, five-figure quotes, half-year builds, launches that quietly underwhelmed.

I wanted to try the opposite. A handful of clients at a time, billed monthly instead of upfront. Sites live in weeks, not months. No five-figure cheque, no half-year wait.

What we believe

Three principles that run through everything.

01

Design-led, always

Every project starts with a design conversation, not a tech one. We build what the work needs — not what’s easiest for us.

02

Honest about scope

We tell you what something will cost before we start, and we’d rather lose the work than land you with a surprise invoice.

03

In it for the long run

Clients stay with us for years, not projects. We measure ourselves by relationships kept, not pitches won.

FAQ

Common questions.

I’m based in South Wales, UK, but I work with clients from anywhere. Most of the work happens over calls, shared documents, and a live concept site — wherever you are, we can run a project the same way.

Mostly small-to-mid-sized businesses and football clubs. The common thread: clients with work they take seriously, looking for a website that matches the rest of what they do.

Yes, really. No setup fee, no project deposit, no upfront design charge — you don’t pay anything until the site is live and you’ve signed it off. The monthly fee runs from launch onwards, not from the first call. You’re paying for an ongoing partnership, not a one-off build — which is what makes the model work.

You pay a fixed monthly amount that covers design, development, hosting, and ongoing work. No upfront cheque, no per-hour invoices. We agree the fee before we start and it doesn’t change unless you ask it to.

Usually within a week or two of the first call. The discovery phase is short and personal — once we’ve agreed scope, monthly fee, and timeline, work begins. Most marketing sites are live within a few weeks of that.

You can cancel any time, no exit fee. The subscription stops and the site comes down. If I happen to be holding the domain on your behalf, I’ll transfer it across so the address stays yours.
